Hi, I’m Stef. I'm a digital designer living in Colorado. For the last decade I've been helping create brands & digital experiences for companies ranging from startups to global companies.

My design journey has taken me through diverse environments ranging from innovative startups to established enterprises. I've partnered with marketing, creative, and product teams to create compelling brand experiences, design scalable product interfaces, and build digital solutions that drive business growth.

As a Product Designer at Gloo, I focus on crafting intuitive AI-powered experiences that bridge complex technical capabilities with user needs. My approach centers on understanding the intersection of user behavior, business objectives, and technical feasibility. I collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather research, develop prototypes, and ship products that deliver measurable impact.

Beyond my primary role, I run Out West, a design and innovation studio where I help companies establish internal innovation capabilities and transform their digital presence. I'm currently developing Rally, an AI-driven platform revolutionizing youth sports scheduling through automated conflict resolution.

In my free time, I'm passionate about exploring emerging technologies, particularly in AI and automation, working out, watching sports, trying out new restaurants, traveling, playing golf, and skiing.
